It is with real humility that we announce our Transatlantic Climate Alliance Group has been chosen as a finalist out of some 500 applicants to the Thompson Reuters Global Energy Transition competition (link)
First, who is the Transatlantic Climate Alliance Group? We have been building this as a community on both sides of the Atlantic and are committed to squarely facing infrastructure challenges for climate change. This group includes: manufacturers, some of whom have worked together for more than 20 years; a new transportation system fully fueled with renewable energy; and world-renowned architects who are committed to building large, sustainable projects that carry their own energy solutions from renewable sources.
Collectively, we are:
Aesthetic Green Power Corporation (AGP), committed to building integrated photovoltaics and thermal. AGP is based in Poughkeepsie, New York.
Longtime allies Swiss Solar Solutions, headed by Patrick Hofer-Noser whose commanding solar structures dot the Swiss landscape.
Sustainable Product Development Labs (SPD Labs) in Poughkeepsie, New York is headed by Frank Pao. SPD Labs is a center for BIPV innovations.
Falkeis² Architects, a Vienna Austria based company co-directed by world famous sustainability architect Anton Falkeis (read bio)
And last but certainly not least, the highly innovative elevated transit system Ottobahn.global based in Munich Germany.
We are grateful for the recognition that Thomson Reuters has given our Alliance out of so many competitors.
